Clearing Pathways for Learning and Transformation

            for Children and Adults

When what is challenging becomes playful, inspiration is free to move and express itself in natural action, whether that be learning to read, learning a second language, clearing hindering beliefs, freeing voice and verbal expression, parenting children, or becoming healthy after physical setbacks. The tools I use to create this open field of play all contribute to our safe and sound journey through this lifetime. I offer the following services to assist you in opening to your brilliance.

Sound Journeys Reading Therapy provides an encouraging, friendly environment where children and adults can discover the 4 basic linguistic concepts that both describe and unravel the English language code. The end result is greater ease and joy in reading, spelling, and writing. Clients often grow one or more grade levels in reading beyond their start point, in as few as 12 to 24 one-hour weekly sessions, with short, easy homework assignments between sessions. Three-hour “intensives” are also offered. More in-depth courses in reading, spelling, grammar, and writing are also available, once grade level competence is reached.

Samonas Sound Therapy uses specially recorded sound tracks to address a wide range of disorders, including auditory processing problems, dyslexia, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, sensory integration and motor-skill difficulties. This work is also effective with depression, learning foreign languages, developing better communication skills, and improving both creativity and on-the-job performance. Musicians, singers and actors have found this program helpful in refining their artistic skills. Samonas was developed by German physicist and sound engineer, Ingo Steinbach, furthering the work and discoveries of Alfred Tomatis. The neural pathways and potential for healing in the human body are proving infinite. Samonas therapy stimulates the tenth cranial nerve, reaching it through the ear. I can design a protocol of listening selections to help you further open the path to your learning potential and personal goals.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) I teach EFT to individuals and groups, by phone or in person, to facilitate independence on the learning path. I’ll work with you in a spirit of play and discovery to identify and release limiting beliefs, introduce life enhancing choices and actions and awaken your brilliance. EFT provides a tool and understanding of how to reach your goals with and without guidance of another. EFT, developed by Stanford engineer, Gary Craig, is a system of statements, self-generated, and clearing of “distortion” in the nervous system/meridian field. It is considered one of many tools in the emerging field of “energy psychology.” You will hear it mentioned in many life coaching programs, biologist Bruce Lipton’s work, and in conjunction with improvement in any area of identified stress.
